Planning a wedding is more than just ticking off to-do lists – it’s curating a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Every couple has their own story, their own style, their own vision. As a wedding planner, I accompany you on the journey from the first idea to the last dance. Here I will show you how we walk this path together – structured, stylish and full of heart. <\/p>\n\n

1. getting to know each other – building trust<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

It all starts with a personal meeting. We meet – digitally or on location – and have a relaxed chat about you, your wishes, ideas and the general framework. Whether intimate or glamorous, urban or in the countryside – I listen, ask questions and feel what is important to you. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> Build understanding, gather initial ideas, test chemistry. <\/p>\n

2. concept & vision – making your signature visible<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

From what I learn about you, I develop an initial mood board: colors, styles, inspirations. This visual design forms the heart of your wedding. Together we hone the vision until it feels right for you. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> A creative, clear concept that reflects you 100%.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n\n

3. location scouting – the perfect place<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

Now it’s time to find the right location. I research, contact and organize viewings. Whether it’s a romantic castle, an industrial hall or a Mediterranean garden – we find the location that harmonizes atmosphere and logistics. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> availability, budget, look & feel – everything has to be right.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n\n

4th service provider network – The best for your day<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

Photographers, florists, catering, music, stationery, hair & make-up – I suggest selected partners with whom I work together in a spirit of trust. Each service provider will be carefully selected to suit your concept. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> A well-coordinated team that realizes your wedding at the highest level.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n\n

5. time & budget planning – clarity and control<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n

I create a detailed schedule for the months leading up to the wedding – with all milestones, tasks and deadlines. At the same time, we work out a realistic budget and keep an eye on it together – transparent, honest and solution-oriented. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> Structure, reliability and calmness throughout the entire process.<\/p>\n

6. design & details – shaping the experience<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

Now it’s getting concrete: table plans, menu cards, lighting concept, seating, sequence details. Every little element tells part of your story. I coordinate the design, logistics and set-up – and have an eye for the extraordinary. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> A wedding with a wow factor that is stylish and well thought out.<\/p>\n

7. the big day – everything goes as planned<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

On the wedding day, I’m the first on site – and the last to leave. I coordinate the set-up, welcome service providers and keep an eye on the schedule. You? You can simply celebrate, love, laugh – and enjoy every moment. <\/p>\n\n

Goal:<\/strong> A perfect day – smooth, emotional, unforgettable.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n\n

8th After Wedding – Review & Memories<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n

I’m also at your side after the wedding: I’ll make sure everything runs smoothly afterwards, provide support with thank-you cards or after-wedding shoots and will be there if you want to look back on your day.<\/p>\n\n

The aim:<\/strong> an all-round positive experience – even after the big day.<\/p>\n\n
