Why I get involved – and why we should all do it

In my job as an event and wedding planner, everything revolves around great moments, emotions and togetherness. I love making people happy, creating unforgettable moments and giving them the feeling that they are seen and appreciated. But over time, I realized that I not only want to create this feeling for my clients – but also for the people who are often not the center of attention.

That is why I have decided to invest part of my income in people who really need our support. I am committed to education and sport, especially for children and young people from difficult backgrounds, for orphans and for projects that give young people a real perspective.

Why sport and education in particular?

Because both are incredibly powerful tools. Sport teaches team spirit, discipline and self-confidence – qualities you need for life. And training is the key to real change. If you can learn, you can dream. And if you can dream, you can grow.

I am convinced that we can all make a difference – whether as individual entrepreneurs or large companies. It doesn’t have to be millions. Every contribution counts. And together we can create a world in which more children get a fair chance.

My commitment has become an integral part of my work – not because I have to, but because I want to. It gives me meaning. It reminds me why I do what I do. And it connects my professional activities with my personal convictions.

I hope I can also encourage others: look around. Find a topic that is close to your heart. And get started – on a small or large scale. Because together we can achieve more than we think.

Sincerely,

Your Simone
