Partial Planning
Completely customized according to your needs and wishes
Would you like to help plan your wedding yourself, but prefer to leave certain tasks in experienced hands? Then partial planning is just the thing for you. I will provide you with targeted support in the areas that take up too much of your time or nerves – tailored to your individual wishes.
Whether it’s the location search, decoration and design concept, service provider coordination or wedding day management – together we will find the perfect balance between your own planning and my professional support.
I make sure that all elements fit together harmoniously and that your day becomes a coherent overall experience. The well-being of your guests is also important to me: from confirmations and cancellations to accommodation and individual needs – I make sure that everyone feels welcome.
Price: € 4.500 incl. VAT.
Supervision on the day of the event [master of ceremonies]
Event Day Manager – support for a relaxed event
n the wedding day, I take over the complete coordination of all service providers, monitor the schedule and ensure that everything runs smoothly – so that you can concentrate fully on your guests and your celebration.
The service is included in the complete wedding planning, but can also be booked individually. As the central contact person, I hold all the strings together in the background, answer questions, resolve spontaneous situations and ensure that everything runs smoothly.
Scope of services:
– Preliminary meeting (approx. 2 hours) to coordinate the schedule
– Preparation of a detailed production plan
– Coordination with all service providers approx. two weeks before the wedding
– Personal support & coordination on the day itself (up to 10 hours)
This will make your big day stress-free, harmonious and unforgettable.
Price: €1,800 including VAT (each additional hour €130 including VAT)
