The ideal lead time for wedding planning depends on the size and scope of the event. For larger weddings or if the celebration is to take place at a popular location, it is advisable to start organizing at least a year in advance. Reservations for venues in particular should be made well in advance, as many popular venues book up quickly.
The time of year also plays an important role: in the high season (e.g. spring and summer), not only locations but also service providers such as photographers, caterers or florists are often booked up early. Planning well in advance ensures that your desired date, the dream location and the best service providers are available and that everything runs smoothly.
What services do you offer for weddings?
I offer you four flexible options so that the organization of your event is precisely tailored to your needs:
Complete planning – I will accompany you from the initial idea to the big day and take care of every step so that you can sit back and relax.
Partial planning – If you have already organized some things, I will support you specifically in the areas where you still need help.
Event day management – On the day of your event, I make sure that everything runs smoothly so that you can enjoy the moment to the full.
Coaching – I will support you with my know-how, give you valuable tips and help you with the planning without intervening directly in the event.
You can also book individual services that are specially tailored to your wishes. I am particularly keen to organize sustainable events for you – stylish, well thought-out and with a lot of creativity. In doing so, I work in harmony with nature without making things more expensive or complex. With good taste and innovative ideas, I create events that are not only good for you, but also for the environment.

Do you also take care of the location search?
Yes, of course! Finding the perfect location is one of my services. I will help you to find a venue that exactly meets your expectations – be it romantic, modern, rustic or unusual. If your desired location is already fully booked, I will research suitable alternatives that meet your wishes and requirements.
Thanks to my experience and my network, I can present you with a selection of locations that are ideal for your event, both aesthetically and organizationally. My aim is to find a place where you feel completely at ease and which provides the setting for your unforgettable event.

Do you help to draw up a budget and control costs?
Yes, I am very happy to do that! Creating a realistic budget and controlling the costs are a central part of my services. I will work with you to draw up a detailed budget plan that includes all the important items – from the location and catering to the decorations and service providers.
A well-thought-out budget is also the basis for a realistic idea of what we can implement and helps us to recognize where we can possibly cut back without affecting the quality or atmosphere of your event. This allows us to keep the focus on what is really important to you and avoid unimportant extras.
Throughout the planning process, I make sure that expenses remain within reasonable limits and provide you with transparent information about all costs so that there are no unpleasant surprises. My aim is to design your event so that it suits you perfectly – both in terms of content and financially.
How does the collaboration with you work?
Working with me always starts with a detailed introductory meeting. It is particularly important to me that we develop a good understanding of how you envision your event and what your wishes are right from the start. Every event is unique and this should be reflected in the planning.
To ensure that you always have an overview, I create a personal planning document in which all important details, updates and next steps are recorded. This way, you are always up to date and can track the progress of the planning at any time.
I will be at your side throughout the entire planning process and will be available to you quickly if urgent questions or important concerns arise. My aim is to make the organization as pleasant and stress-free as possible for you, so that you can concentrate fully on the anticipation of your event. How much does a professional wedding planner cost?
The cost of wedding planning depends on various factors, such as the scope of the desired services, the size and complexity of the wedding and the individual planning effort.
I offer various packages – from complete planning and partial planning to event day management or individual consultations. Depending on how much support you need, I will create a tailor-made offer that fits your needs perfectly.
Will you be there in person on the day of the wedding?
Yes, absolutely! If you opt for my event day management or full planning services, I will be there in person on the day of your wedding to make sure everything runs smoothly.
My goal is to ensure that you can enjoy your big day to the fullest without having to worry about organizational details. I coordinate all service providers, oversee the schedule, ensure a harmonious transition between the program items and am always at your side. Should something unexpectedly not go according to plan, I will take care of it discreetly so that you can relax and concentrate on your guests and the special moment.
What happens if a service provider cancels at short notice?
Unforeseen situations can always arise at an event – which is precisely why good preparation is so important. If a service provider cancels at short notice, I am prepared and will find a suitable alternative as quickly as possible.
Thanks to my network of reliable service providers, in most cases I can organize replacements at short notice that meet your expectations and the planned schedule. I also work preventively: I create emergency solutions during the planning phase and have alternative contacts in case of unforeseeable failures.
Do you also take care of the wedding stationery (invitations, menu cards, etc.)?
Yes, with pleasure – if that’s what you want! The wedding stationery plays an important role, as it is not only informative, but also emphasizes the design and mood of your wedding.
I support you with the design and coordination of all printed materials, including invitations, save-the-date cards, menu cards, place cards, seating plans and thank you notes. I make sure that the design perfectly matches the concept of your wedding – be it elegant, modern, playful or minimalist.
Depending on your wishes, I can either work with my trusted partners or support you in choosing a suitable service provider. If you prefer individual or sustainable stationery, I will be happy to advise you on creative and stylish options.
Are you also organizing childcare for our event?
Yes, if you wish, I will be happy to provide professional childcare for your event – according to your wishes and the needs of your little guests.
There are various options depending on the number and age of the children: From experienced supervisors who lovingly look after the children, to creative play and craft stations, to special entertainment programs such as magicians, puppet theaters or bouncy castles.
What happens if the weather turns bad at an outdoor wedding?
Weather plays an important role in all my events, and I know from experience that we always need a plan B. An outdoor wedding is a dream, but the weather can be unpredictable – that’s why I make sure I have a well thought-out bad weather alternative right from the start, so that your celebration runs smoothly in any case.
When looking for a location, I make sure that there is a suitable covered or weatherproof alternative – be it a stylish tent, a covered terrace or an indoor option that can be implemented quickly. If a tent is required, I take care of the organization early on – including lighting, heating or fans, depending on the time of year.
I also plan practical details such as weatherproof floor coverings, elegant umbrellas for guests or cozy blankets for cooler evenings. If it only rains for a short time, there are flexible solutions such as pavilions or large umbrellas that won’t disrupt the day.
Do you also offer sustainable or eco-friendly options for weddings?
Yes, absolutely! This is my expertise and is particularly close to my heart. A sustainable wedding does not automatically mean more effort or higher costs – on the contrary, with creative ideas and conscious decisions, you can design a stylish, environmentally friendly celebration that reflects your values.
I support you in finding sustainable alternatives, be it through regional and seasonal food, environmentally friendly decorations, plastic-free concepts or sustainable stationery. When selecting service providers, I also make sure to work with partners who value sustainability.
It is important to you to plan a wedding that is not only beautiful, but also in harmony with nature – without sacrificing elegance, style or comfort. Together we will find solutions that are both sustainable and perfectly tailored to you!
How many weddings do you organize at the same time?
I deliberately only plan a selected number of events at the same time (approx. 5-6).
This allows me to remain flexible, have sufficient capacity for spontaneous requests and concentrate fully on each individual event. Quality always comes before quantity.
Do you also offer decoration concepts or themes for events?
Yes, definitely! Thanks to my experience and training in wedding and event design, I can develop unique decoration concepts that perfectly match your style and wishes.
Whether romantic, modern, minimalist, luxurious or thematically inspired – I create individual design concepts that create a harmonious atmosphere and visually bring your event to life. I pay attention to every detail, from the color palette to the table decorations to the overall interior design.
Can you look after VIP guests or international participants?
Yes, of course! Looking after VIP guests and international participants ispart of my services as an event and wedding planner. I make sure that your special guests enjoy a first-class experience – with the highest level of comfort, individual care and perfect organization.
For international guests, I take care of all the details that are important for a stress-free arrival and a pleasant stay. This includes accommodation and transfer arrangements, multilingual communication, cultural adaptations and special requests to make their stay as pleasant as possible.
VIP guests often require a tailor-made experience with exclusive services. I discreetly coordinate any special requests, personal attention, private retreats or special security arrangements to meet the highest standards.
How much does a wedding with me by your side cost?
Every wedding is unique – and the financial framework is just as individual. I usually accompany weddings from a total budget of €40,000, which does not include my planner’s fee, travel costs or personal expenses such as rings, wedding dress or suit.
For smaller, intimate celebrations, a lower budget may also be sufficient – this depends entirely on your wishes and the number of guests. Flexible solutions are also possible for partial planning, coaching or a day-only accompaniment.
